In accordance with Article IV section 3 (a) and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinances:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE # 1 AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER #138 – 18‑2 TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE MILLION DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($9,000,000) FROM DEBT SERVICE (DEPT 600) TO THE GENERAL FUND MEDICAL BENEFITS ACCOUNT (1 – 805-8510 – 51809) TO INCREASE THE GENERAL FUND PAYMENT TO THE INTERNAL SERVICE FUND MEDICAL SELF-INSURANCE (FUND 7501) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017 – 18
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE VIII OF THE CHARTER AND SECTION 2 – 190 OF THE CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES ELIMINATING NEGATIVE LINE ITEM BALANCES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 6 – 30-17
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF MAP/BLOCK/PARCEL NUMBER 284/0392/00100 FROM THE EXISTING HEAVY INDUSTRY (IH) TO A GENERAL HIGH DENSITY (RH‑2).
Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinances were enacted by the Board of Alders on January 2, 2018 and approved by the Mayor on January 18, 2018.
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on February 6, 2018.
