In accordance with Article IV section 3 (a) and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinances:
ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT AND ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT (GRID 2) APPROVING AN APPLICATION BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF NEW HAVEN D.B.A ELM CITY COMMUNITIES FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM RM‑1, LOW-MIDDLE DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 15.3 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY BOUNDED BY WINTERGREEN AVENUE, LEVEL STREET, AND THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARY WITH THE TOWN OF HAMDEN AS THE WESTVILLE MANOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS APPROVING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE I, SECTION 1 TO INCLUDE A DEFINITION OF CAT CAFÉ.
ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS APPROVING THE TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF ORDINANCES ARTICLE V, SECTION 42, TABLE 3, PART Q TO REQUIRE SPECIAL PERMITS FOR SELF-STORAGE FACILITIES IN BB, BD‑2, BE, IL AND IH DISTRICTS.
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF ORDINANCES APPROVING A MICRO-FOOD BUSINESS ORDINANCE
Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinances were enacted by the Board of Alders on April 15, 2019 by a vote of 24 yeas and 0 nays. And approved by the Mayor.
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on May 14, 2019.
