The Finance Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 6:00 P.M, in the Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, to act upon the following;
1. To hear PUBLIC TESTIMONY concerning the Mayors Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 2023 2024.

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE # 1 AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER #201231 TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE POLICE SERVICES SALARY ACCOUNTS TO OVERTIME, TRAVEL, TRAINING, EQUIPMENT, REPAIRS AND MAINTENCE, UNIFORM, PRINTING, AND CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ACCOUNTS IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($4,600,000)
3. A workshop to review portions of the Annual City Budgets proposed for the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 2023. The following City Departments will be heard:

Fire Services
Community Resilience
