LULAC Head Start Inc., invites the submission of sealed bids from qualified food service management companies for the preparation and delivery of meals to its centers. Prospective bidders must be capable of providing breakfast, lunch, and afternoon (PM) snacks for approximately 270 children ages 1 – 5, five days a week for 230 days per year. Meals must comply with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) meal patterns. The contract period will cover Jan 30, 2025, to Jan 29, 2026.
Bids for the above must be received by 11:00 am on December 11th, 2024, at LULAC Head Start, Inc., 250 Cedar Street, New Haven, CT 06519, and marked clearly “Food Service Bid”. Bids will be opened to the public, read, and recorded at the above specified time and place in the conference room.
