10 Liberty Owners LLC will be releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for licensed and insured contractors. The RFQ seeks firms’ qualifications to serve as general contractor and provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
The project site (the “Site”) is approximately 1.7 acres and located at 10 Liberty Street in New Haven, CT. The Project consists of the new construction of 150 affordable units, and will be funded using both city, state, and federal resources: the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), Department of Housing (DOH), City of New Haven, and other sources.
