Pennrose, LLC and The Cloud Company will be releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Construction Manager at Risk services. Pennrose-Cloud is seeking Connecticut-licensed construction managers for the redevelopment of Horace H Strong School in New Haven, CT.
The project site is approximately 1.06 acres and located at 69 Grand Avenue, New Haven, CT. The Strong School consists of converting the historic 1915 school building into approximately 14 residential units as well as a historically compatible new construction addition with 44 units. The project is funded using both city, state, federal resources: the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), Department of Housing (DOH), City of New Haven, HUD, and other sources.
Minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Respondents are responsible for compliance with all relevant MBE, WBE, Section 3, and female/minority worker requirements. State prevailing wages DO NOT apply. Sales tax should be assumed. Respondents must be bonded.
