ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF ORDINANCES REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF PORTABLE TOILETS FROM CONSTRUCTION SITES WITHIN ONE MONTH OF DISUSE AND/OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER A BUILDING PERMIT HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN.
