In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 17 – 201 OF THE GENERAL CODE OF ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING ADDITIONS AND CHANGES IN PERMITS, LICENSES AND USER FEES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 – 2025.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on May 28, 2024, by a vote of 27 yeas and 0 nays. Approved by the Mayor on June 3, 2024.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
