In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS REVIEWING, FINALIZING AND ADOPTING PROPOSED REVISIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT & CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES PERSONNEL AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on October 16, 2023, by a vote of 21 yeas and 0 nays. Approved by the Mayor on November 21, 2023.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
