In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ZONING MAP AMENDMENT OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN (MAPS #16 AND #12) TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF APPROXIMATELY 7.33± ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 170 UNION AVENUE (M‑B-P 237/1300/00200) FROM B‑E (WHOLESALE AND DISTRIBUTION) TO A TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION, KNOWN AS A TRANSIT-ORIENTED COMMUNITY ZONE.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on May 6, 2024, by a vote of 28 yeas and 0 nays. Approved by the Mayor on May 16, 2024.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
