In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS GRANTING LEAVE TO WITHDRAW TO THE COMMUNICATION TO APPROVE “ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS TO OR-2023 – 0021, TITLE IV OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN’S CODE OF ORDINANCES TO BRING FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE FOR THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT.”
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on May 6, 2024. Approved by the Mayor on May 16, 2024.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
