Notice of Decision
In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section (d) of the City Charter 2023 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS TO ESTABLISH ZONING REGULATIONS FOR RETAILERS OF TOBACCO AND SMOKING PRODUCTS, SMOKE SHOPS, AND SMOKING PLACES.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, Room 202, where this notice may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
Ordinance vote 26 yeas and 0 nays.
Said ordinance was passed by the Board of Alders on March 17, 2025, and signed by the Mayor on April 1, 2025
