A workshop on the legislative matter: From Alder Antunes submitting an Order calling for a review and public hearing regarding the City’s policies and practices for requiring organizers of parades, festivals and other public events to reimburse the costs of security, cleanup and other services the City provides.

* From Alder Furlow submitting an Order calling for a public hearing with the Chief of Police and other top officers to discuss concerns and provide an update on the New Haven Police Department’s vehicle pursuit policy, including review of the policy of intra-jurisdictional pursuits. * From Alderpersons Furlow, Roth and Winter submitting an order of the New Haven Board of Alders calling for a public hearing on traffic safety in the city. (Heard 3/19/2019).
