Beulah Jackson, 71, longtime resident of New Haven, Conn., passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025. She was born in New London, Conn., on Jan. 24, 1954. She attended high school until 11th grade and was in the process of earning her GED. Although she was unable to work, she spent many years participating in community programs.
Beulah never stopped caring about being a mother, which she took pride in, despite God’s plan of natural circumstances. Her pride and joy was her first born, Tamika Jackson, who she kept in touch her entire life. Beulah lit up with excitement all the time having a chance to have her daughter in her presence. Her daughter appreciated the love and is truly thankful.
Beulah was described as a fashion icon. You would always catch her looking good and dressed to the nine. Everyone who knew her complimented her on how nice she looked and for having a happy spirit. She was known to be sweet and friendly to whomever she met.
Beulah leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Damar Pringle and Dameon Pringle both of New Haven, Conn.; loving daughter, Tamika Jackson of Raeford, NC; and nephew, Shantour Jackson, Jr. Her passing has left a void her family cannot fill and they will never forget the love she brought to their lives. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mahalia Jackson of New Haven, Conn.
